High-Performance Lubricants Approved by SAFRAN

Year after year, new CONDAT solutions are incorporated into SAFRAN’s product portfolios—a testament to their exceptional performance.

In early 2026, our lubricants designed for aerospace machining were certified as follows:

• Neat oils (mineral and vegetable-based): CONDACUT / NEAT GREEN

• Soluble oils—mineral, vegetable, and synthetic: POLYBIO / MECAGREEN / CONDACOOL

Our goal, for Safran as well as for all our customers:

• To offer increasingly safe products (free of CMR compounds)
• To reduce environmental impact
• To guarantee high performance levels (lubricity, corrosion protection, etc.)

Focus on our plant-based solutions

Our NEAT GREEN DP 540, a plant-based machining oil, was also selected by SAFRAN for drilling applications after a comparison with 31 products on the market. It offered the best balance of performance and sustainability.

Against a backdrop of supply constraints for mineral base oils, CONDAT’s plant-based solutions offer a strategic alternative.

As such, SAFRAN’s specifications are among the most demanding on the market, with particularly rigorous test conditions. These approvals are a testament to the performance and reliability of our solutions and a source of great pride for our teams!
