Condat labs do it again! Commonly Exceptional Fluids - Polybio 740/540 two new traditionally built water soluble coolant chemistries!
These newly engineered products are designed to sell aggressively in the global marketplace compared to similar traditional petroleum based coolants. The Polybio 740/540 are commonly exceptional fluids built from vegetable ester/preservative based technology. They provide good biostability, lubricity, antifoam, consumption, hard water stability and corrosion inhibition.
CONDAT INTRODUCES THE CONDAMIX DILUTION SYSTEM:
This unit can dilute water based lubricants, providing a constant concentration even in the case of flow rate or pressure water variation. It has a range of concentration of 0 – 30%. With a make-up capacity of 26 gallons to 793 gallons per hour it can supply lubricant to a number of machines. Lubricant is vigorously mixed in the static mixer and is sent to the storage tank or directly to an application device.
One of the main features of the unit is the ease in starting and running of the equipment. It is easily maintained with few moving parts and its small overall size does not take up valuable floor space.
